Refund Policy

IN CASE YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT(S) OR IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED, YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.

Terms Of Service

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. 

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

By placing an order with us through our website, you are agreeing to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order. After placing an order online, we will provide you with an order confirmation via email to the email address provided. Our contract for the sale of any of our products is only in place once an order has been accepted, paid for in full, processed and dispatched to you. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order requests at any point and for any reason.

Please note that we will not be able to process orders (a) if the products and/or services requested are no longer in stock or available to order (b) if a pricing error or description error is identified (c) if payment is not authorised (d) if courier companies are temporarily unavailable to deliver orders due to conditions that are beyond our control, including weather, accidents and strikes.

Should there be any issue with your order, we will contact you either by email or telephone. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. 

Our product descriptions and prices are valid as long as they remain visible on the unkruid.com website, subject to availability.

If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you of such unavailability by email or phone as soon as possible. You will then be presented with the choice to order an alternative item from the website or to cancel your order. 

Please note that due to the different properties of the individual fabrics, the dimensions may deviate from the measurement charts.

In order to provide a quality service to our customers and to ensure greater availability for all customers, we reserve the right to limit the number of products which can be purchased per customer.
